Aluminum Welder / Grinder

Summary: A full-time position is available in the welding department for a welder/grinder. TCI relies on the welder/grinder as part of the team to keep production running efficiently. Each applicant must pass a pre-employment screening. Pay is based on experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge and experience in print reading

  • Understanding of print layouts and fitting parts

  • Knowledge and experience of basic welding skills, specifically aluminum welding

Location: Neodesha, Kansas

Metal Finisher

Summary: TCI relies on the finisher to help fulfill our commitment to quality products. A few tasks include grinding, buffing and assembly of parts.

 

Responsibilities:

-Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

-Ability to work in a team environment

-Attention to detail

Location: Fredonia, Kansas

Millwright / Industrial Services Welders

Summary: Full-time positions are available for the Industrial Services division. Each applicant must pass a pre-employment screening. Applicants must be familiar with crane and rigging operations, welding and plant maintenance. Applicants must be familiar with the following skills; GMAW, SMAW, Pipe Welding, and Pipe Fitting along with being proficient in math and tape measuring skills and pass a weld test.

 

Applicants must have:

  • Good attendance and have strong work skills along with being highly motivated

  • Knowledge and experience in welding and operations of hand tools, and be proficient in measurements

  • Leadership skills along with good communications skills

Location: Fredonia, Kansas with periodic travel and overnight stays
